2024 Parent & Family Weekend

Join us for our 8th Annual Parent and Family Weekend! There will be many events for parents and families to learn about and experience student life at San José State University and the surrounding downtown community including a Spartan Football tailgate and game.

Parent & Family Weekend Package - $45

Registration includes all the following for up to 4 guests (include your SJSU student in your count of 4):

  • 1 SJSU Family swag bag full of Spartan gear
  • Entrance for your 4 guests to Parent & Family Weekend events
    • Additional tickets required for Saturday's tailgate and football game
    • Additional tickets required for Sunday Brunch
  • All weekend access to the Spartan Recreation and Aquatic Center (SRAC) (must be 18+ years old)
  • One weekend campus parking pass
    • Valid October 4 - 6, 2024 on Main Campus (Parking at South Campus (Football Stadium) not included)
    Note: Football tickets not included. Separate tickets required
  • Additional Ticket Required:
    • Family Brunch on Sunday, October 6th (limited availability)
      • $15.00 per person (12 and older)
      • $7.00 per youth (11 and under)
    • Brew & Vine Tailgate & SJSU Football vs. Nevada
      • Tickets sold by Spartan Athletics - Click here to purchase yours!
        • SJSU students receive free admission to football games with their student ID and can sit with Parent and Family Weekend attendees who purchase athletic tickets.
      • Additional Swag Bag - $10.00 (limited availability)
      • Additional Parent & Family Weekend guest(s) - $10.00 per guest
