2023 Parent & Family Weekend

Join us for our 7th Annual Parent and Family Weekend! There will be many events for parents and families to learn about and experience student life at San José State University and the surrounding downtown community including a Spartan Football tailgate and game.

Parent & Family Weekend Package - $40

Registration includes all the following for 4 guests:

  • 1 SJSU Family swag bag full of Spartan gear
  • 4 Parent & Family Weekend Wristbands
  • Entrance for 4 guests to Parent & Family Weekend events
    • University Welcome
    • Lunch at the Dining Commons
    • SJSU Family Fest & Explore San José
      • Includes access to various campus tours, student showcases, downtown San José discounts
    • SJSU Family Social hosted by the SJSU Family Advisory Board
  • All weekend access to the Spartan Recreation and Aquatic Center (SRAC) (must be 18+ years old)
  • One weekend campus parking pass
    • Valid September 22 - 24, 2023 (including parking for the Friday night's tailgate and Football game)
  • Add On Tickets:
    • Brew & Vine Tailgate & SJSU Football vs. Air Force
      • General Admission (Includes game ticket & access to Brew & Vine (meal and beverages) - $69.00
      • General Admission - Food Only (Includes game ticket & access to Brew & Vine (meal and non-alcoholic beverages) - $45.00
        • SJSU students receive free admission to football games with their student ID and can sit with Parent and Family Weekend attendees who purchase athletic tickets. 
    • Family Brunch on Sunday, September 24th (limited availability)
      • $15.00 per adult (12 and older)
      • $7.00 per youth (11 and under)
    • Additional Parent & Family Weekend guest(s) - $10.00 per guest
    • Additional Swag Bag - $10.00 (limited availability)
